All vulcanizers are designed to customers requirements for all belt widths, splice lengths, combinations, voltages, configurations etc., on request, as also the Wagener Hydraulic Vulcanizing Press, with its conventional, robust heating plates combined with hydraulic pressure system.
This press comes either with a hand pump or motor driven pump, electronic or automatic control box and heating platens shape: rhombic 16° 42’, 22° or 90°.
The WAGENER FLATBAG Vulcanizer combines the conventional heating system with the FLATBAG pressure system.
With following advantages: low assembly height, new generation of water bags, adjustable and pressure level, proven conventional heating platens, automatic temperature control and super-light aluminium traverse profiles.
