Belt Winder

In December 2010 an ICE-Trade conveyor Belt Winder was supplied to Narviflex Belting, which features a conveyor belt steering roller, which can be adjusted in height to steer the belt, a handheld with Hold-To-Run and is designed to work in- and outside (IP66).

Some technical details are as follows :

• Max. belt weight 12 T.
• Max. belt diameter 3,3 m.
• Max. belt width 2.000 mm.
• Variable winding speed till 10 m/min.
• Engine 7,5 kW.
• Max. torque on the winding axle 9.000 Nm.
• Weight of the winder, including the axles 3,4 T.
